Default Building a computer

I have a $800 (including tax) budget. Something that can be used for video editing and games. I don't have Windows so if you could please suggest a build that has that included.

So $800 is your absolute max which includes Windows?

Next question, will the $800 be for just the computer or will you be needing a monitor and keyboard and mouse.
