I'm not ignoring it lol I bought my 7900GS for 180 bucks never even sent in the MIR hah.

Also the 7900GS is stock 450/620. I can get mine to 610/845 on stock volts and then probably to around 750/900 if i wanted to volt mod.

I'm just saying that the the increase in performance after both are overclocked will decrease the benchmarks gap a little from what that is. My whole point is I was trying to say by overclocking is that the 7900GS is not done justice by the benchmarks at stock since it truly shines when overclocked.

In the end if you like MIR the 7950GT is the best deal for your money for sure, end of story hah.

I ended up going with the following card...

EVGA 320-P2-N815-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP
Newegg.com - EVGA 320-P2-N815-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail

I came up with more money than expected so I dumped it into the video card and went with at 4800+ X2 brisbane processor as well...
