Almost a year ago I came on here and you guys helped me build a great computer for gaming. Now I want to build a new computer to replace my Mac G5 for recording out in my home studio.

Here's what my gaming computer has on it.

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
Motherboard - Gigabyte EP45
Power Supply - Corsair 650TX
Hard Drive - WD 640GB HDD
Case - Antec Three Hundred
DVD-ROM - Samsung
Graphics Card - Radeon 4850
Ram - Buffalo PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM

Now on this computer I won't need such a good graphics card, but I will need a new monitor. Preferably a nice big widescreen monitor so I have lots of room to work with my DAW.

I want this computer to use a quad-core processor, terabyte of hard drive space, and 4 gigs of ram.

Noise shouldn't be an issue as the computer will not be in the same room as the recording.

I'm pretty sure I have a spare copy of XP too.

So I just want pretty much the same computer just with a bit more speed, space, and the latest bargain deals.

Also here is the audio interface I plan on working with - RME Fireface 400

I'd like to build this computer for about $700-800 if possible.

Thanks for your suggestions! :D
