Default Build Update, with pics!

Just thought I'd throw up a picture of how it's going so far.

Got the PSU, MOBO, CPU and case all goin here. Next in line is probably HD, RAM, and the DVD drive. I'm going to get the video card last because I've heard there is a price drop on the way not too far from now...










Am I seeing things correctly, is that four slots for RAM? I didn't notice that on the pictures on newegg's website!

Nice!
yup 4 slots for RAM
if you are only putting 2 sticks in there, put them in the matching color slots to run in dual channel mode

That is good to know information, thank you! I was planning on getting 2X1 GB of ballistix ram. It's down to $50 now

I know guys ha ha I got a ton of zip ties I just took a few shots here to show the progress. Don't worry, it will be neat!

its better youl be able to do better when u get everything in it you should be using the holes in your mobo tray to.

holes are not for the regular user....

don't tell him things like that yet lol, wait till the build is totally done

for now just try to route the cables around the edges or backs of the case
