I'm changing the ram because it is better and makes my build cheaper. It is the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 2133 8gb RAM.

Ends today so you'll have to order now in order to make it cheaper. Isn't exactly better, the speed is just faster in case which wont be noticed.

Will I need a sound card for this system? I can't figure out if I need one or not...

No, unless you have an audio setup that cost a couple grand because it is studio grade or headphones that cost half a grand.
