Default Build my system

Can someone help me build a system that includes a motherboard, processor, RAM, case and cooling for under $500? I would like to get the best processor possible. This has to include shipping and handling. If you don't want to bother doing including the shipping and handling, the price range would be around $460. I don't have a video card, so onboard video for the mobo is a must also. I already have something in mind but would like to explore my options. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

The first one i was asking if my system was good. This one I want to know what other people would do if they had my budget. Does that count as double posting? Sorry

Yeah I forgot a power supply. It's not terribly important, i just want to explore my options and make sure that what i'm looking for is what i decide to buy.

It's general use and when i get more money i want to pop some graphics cards into it. Either get one good one or two cheaper ones and run them SLI.
