This build look good?

I just want a good gaming PC that can run new games no problem, good FPS.
I already have an ULTRA PSU 600w (dual 12v rails) so i dont need that or a case

Video Card- Micro Center Online - the center of .computer shopping

CPU- Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor - Retail

CPU Fan- Newegg.com - ZALMAN 9500A 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail

Motherboard- Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX All Solid Capacitor Intel Motherboard - Retail
I have no clue what DDR2 memory to get, dont want to spend more than $50 though for 2gb. I am open to ALL sudgestions (except vid card, 8800gt owns! 220$ too!)

get a Tuniq over the Zalman and get the q6600 from CLUBIT because they guarantee G0's and its cheaper

Gah! what is it with people and that Zalman. I'd say a good 50% of new build suggest it, and why? How did people get the idea that that a good CPU cooler? . Go Tuniq!
