Default Build for Brother-in-Law

Here's the situtation, my Sister, and her husband have a terrible computer right now. Celeron processor, 256mb ram, etc. And it's a Compaq /gag.

My brother-in-law's birthday is coming up not too long from now, and I'd like to build him a computer that will that will go fast for the things he does. Well, what does he do? Browses the internet, watches porn, and listens to music. But, I'd like this comp to run games, but not top of the line ones, just in case he decides to pop a disk in.

He has a monitor, speakers, mouse & keyboard. I need the case, and what to put in it.... for under $600.
