No, they have to charge hst... Its like the maritimes. HST has to be charged as it also incorporates the gst. The markem store just happened to open at the same time as the switch to hst.

I second their shipping times.

What RAID card(s) you need depend on what array(s) you have and what level you choose for each, as well as details like whether you need to boot to one of the arrays.
Looks like neither the Lian Li 1100 and the obsidian support 8 HDDs, you may need to look into a mid-priced pedestal server case or a "normal" full tower with added HDD support.
