Default Budget Video Card Upgrade

Sorry if this is a redundant post but I can't find any recent posts similar to this one.

I own a Gateway (see specs in sig) and I'm looking to add a PCI-E Video Card, mainly so I can support two monitors again (37" LCD TV and 22" LCD monitor). I would prefer something that supports HDMI as well as VGA, and I am looking to spend between $60-100.

What do you guys suggest I buy? I use Adobe CS4 quite a bit and I'd like to get back into gaming again too. Nothing too intense...just like Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 (when it comes out).

Anyone have some advice? Sorry again if this is redundant, but I really appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks in advance!
Gateway Machine - I know...I sold out...if I could do it over I'd have built like I used to :(
