Budget Laptop

So my little sisters birthday is coming up and she really wants a laptop, so my mom texted me this morning asking for advice. Anyone know any good budget Laptops 300$ and lower? Not really fan of laptops as for the same price you could build a pc 50x faster. As I see 1,000$ laptops with Gtx 1060's, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
