When you say AF7, do you mean Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro?

See if you cant find a PSU with around 38-40A on the 12v rails on some sites, that is really more than your build even needs. Also yes the Arctic Freezer Pro 7 is a good cooler but struggles getting very high overclocks with a Quad. It is on par with the Scythe Ninja though except cheaper.
