Bsod

I have a new custom build:
- Intel Quad Core Duo 2 (2.4ghz) Q6600
- DP35DP Motherboard
- EVGA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB
- 4 x 1024mb 800mhz G. Skill 6400 5-5-5-15
- DVD-RW Dual Layer optical drive
- Seagate SATA II 7200 RPM HD

I keep getting blue screens in XP home:

the first one was:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (partmgr.sys)
- I updated my mobo bios but i don't know if that go rid of it or not

Also:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT


I get both of these without fail when trying to install Flight Simulator X but every once and a while my system just goes blue so it's obviously not stable

any help would be great

What are the memory settings in CMOS? Overclock?

Google, download, burn and run memtest86+ for least 4 hours.

My board does not support overclocking...how do i run memtest...should i just let it go when it boots from the floppy or select specific tests cause isn't test 9 a 3 hour test?
