Default bits and pieces

on i kind on need help and advice on a few bits and pieces for my current pc build

a week tomorrow i should have £60 free for wires, fans and controllers

now out of this i would like to get the thermalright ultra 120 with a fan, a fan controller, 2 HDD fans and hoping for some chip set and pci fans at the same time

now thats where i need help i know nothing about the fans i need and i need to stay on (or under) the £60 budget

the 4 sites i will be useing are:
computer hardware, components, systems and peripherals at the lowest prices from IT supplier Aria Technology
Overclockers UK is the UK leading retailer of quality computer components and electronics.
and low prices in Electronics, Books, Music, DVDs & more ( thermalright ultra 120 there for £28 with free shipping, or overclockers for £41)

EDIT - i also need 4 SATA to SATA for connecting my 2 HDD's and 2 dvd drives to the mobo

My new pc spec's ~

Case ~ nexus caterpilla
Mobo ~ Gigabyte GA~P35~DS3R Rev 2.0
CPU ~ Intel Q6600
HDD ~ 2 x 500gb western digital drives
Ram ~ 4GB worth (4 strips) of OCZ 2GB PC2-6400 Platinum Rev 2.0
PSU ~ Corsair 750TX
GPU ~ GTX 295

OS - Windows 7 Home 64-bit
