Default Biostar P45 screw-on heatpipe fan size?

Biostar TPower I45 Intel P45 Express Motherboard Review - PCSTATS.com theres the motherboard...

The fan that came on my screw-on MOSFET heatpipe is faulty and I need a new one..

Is this fan size 70mm?

I borrowed a tape measure.. and it is a 70mm fan...

Wonder why it doesn't have that posted on any of the documentation..
