bios/ ease of use mobos

which of the following 2 mobo's have the best bios and best choices of ram that work well with them?
P5B deluxe
p965 DS3

will be coupling with a E6400
just learning the oc'ing stuff...can i go with DDR-667 for now? or go crazy with some DDR-800. and reccomend a brand that works best with these mobos? thanks again

I don't know those two mobos specifically, but I can
share some stuff I've learned recently.
I have a DG965WH Intel mobo, and it is whiney and picky
as all get-out about what RAM you use. It has to have
5-5-5 RAM at 1.8V or the system may not post or boot.
When my buddy built his system, he had a heckuva time getting
it to work right...random crashes and all that.
The culprit? RAM.
I believe those are Asus mobos right? check the mfr website,
and find out all that you can about what RAM they like best.
I was going to go Corsair or Patriot, but the voltage and timings
to make my Mobo happy weren't available...so I'm using Mushkin.
just a heads up for ya from one virg-tech to another. =)
