Default Best video card for the money.

Wondering what the best video card for the money is. I'm upgrading from a 512MB GeForce 8600 GT. I'm just looking for something that will run newer games smoother then this one. I dont have a huge budget I'm looking to spend under $100.

Why not just save up a bit more cash and then get a better card? It'll be worth it in the long run.

Yeah. The demand from games seems to go up fast. I can run TF2 on lowest settings at about 30-40 FPS with little or nothing going on on-screen, but I can't run Alien Swarm with lowest settings, well, I can, but it never goes above 6 FPS.
