Default Best video card around 80 bucks

Looking for the best video card around 80 bucks for my girlfriends computer I just put together. Doesnt need to be DX10 compatible, I just want the best performance for the lowest price - she's not gonna game.

I was looking at:

Newegg.com - MSI NX7600GS-T2D256E GeForce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 194L Radeon X1650 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

I want the component/s-video out so she can play DVD's through it too.

computer:
AMD X2 4200+
2 Gigs G. Skill DDR500
Maxtor 320gig HD
Biostar Tforce939 motherboard

any other suggestions?

7600gs is better... 7600gs even beats the x1600xt. 7600gt beats the x1650xt, so the 7600gs should be good, its a VERY good line of cards...

The 7600GS is more powerful than the standard X1650. However the PRO beats the 7600GS and the XT beats the 7600GT even.

Perfectly said. The lack of sm 3.0 shadder is a turn off to me on the X850XT. However if you can find a good deal on one not a bad idea.

Slightly off topic but... are there any programs that support SM 4.0?
