Default best vid card under $70

So my ancient machine has been running a 8600gt for the past 4 years. I woke up this morning and the resistors are all blown to **** unfortunately.

Now I havent been keeping up with whats good from ATI and Nvidia lately, so I was wondering what is the best/cheapest card under $70 I can get? I dont want anything super special, I play competitive css and run everything on low settings anyways.

I actually found this card, did a little research and it seems to be an awesome deal for performance.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100253HDMI Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Low Profile Ready Video Card

Could I do any better?

I got a Radeon 4870 for $80.... If you're smart about it you can find some good deals on Craigslist. Aside from that you're probably stuck with a 4650/4670. Personally I'd save another $10 and get the 4670 because the performance difference is well worth the $10

From the benchmarks I've seen this runs fairly well. But you'd probably be better off saving a bit more money for it if it's possible. Like, you could get a 5770 for $140.
