best time to build or wait?

Vista Pista. If you wait for Vista you will be waiting at least a year before it is worthy of an install. You will not have anything to use your DX10 card with for 6 months after the cards are released. Just saying because I just ordered a bunch of stuff for a new build .. but its' only my .02 .. not usually worth much!

ok i look at it this way the erlie 10 sereis cards will eb great on games now but by the time the actuall dx10 games are released the cards will be garbage look at the 5 fx seresi of cards they were amazing at there time of development but by the time the dx9 games came out these cards were total junk my friend had a 5800 fx sereis card and replaced it as soon as doom 3 came out with a 66oo so i say way until the next gen of cards afetr these come out and remember these cards will be uber expensive and have a minimum requirement of like a 600wat psu since the 8 sereis card take up 300 wats alone as said in maximum pc
