Best Steering Wheel?

Just built my new computer and wanted a sweet racing wheel with force feedback and clutch to stick with it for my many racing games and also if it could be of teh highest quality and possibly a non steering wheel mounted shifter. Budget is not an issue.

Personally, I'd run around and google some reviews. I don't know much about wheels. Usually I just run around with a gamepad and I don't drive in real life so...I miss the point of the wheel. Go search around on the internet for gaming site that does reviews on all the wheels.
