Default Best/Quiet Fairly low profile heatsink

I decided the stock heatsink on my D940 is too loud. I need something that will fit into my Aspire Q Pack. In other words something smaller then the stock intel heatsink. The main issue here is silentness with fairly good cooling.

Anyone know any?

any of the Zalman cooling would do very nicely.

when there's zalman theres the big typhoon:

This queer looking thing gets some nice reviews but never had one so wouldnt know: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835192008

and i heard about the katana a long time ago: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185123
dunno if its still good.... i think its just asian pride

theres some more options for you... but you really cant go wrong with zalman.. unless you read their compatibility charts wrong.
the 7700 is just bigger than the 7000 by a little bit, both are pure copper, either one is fine, just depends on personal preference: juuust a lil chunky or just right?
