Default Best For the Price

Ok Ok an never ending question which is better right?
So I hear that the Intel Core 2 duo is Awesome
But I also hear that the AMD X2 5200+ is Sweet

What is the truth for the price an

Core 2 Duo E6600 Dual Core Processor

or an

Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Dual Core Processor

Ok heres a link to a full out review of the new core 2 duo line up vs AMD's current line up. All im gonna say is, I was originally going for a 4200 AM2, now i own an e6300...

and im sure they could push the x6800 farther than 3.4. The general on this forum has gotten an e6600 to 3.4, an x3800 might push 4 ghz with stock HSF, and with after market...
