celeron - nice!!!

since you're gonna be gaming, you should look at AMD and not Intel. Celeron happens to be the crappiest of the intel line... so you'll definitely want to change that celeron to a dual core athlon64 chip. the 3800+ is great value.

ram - well now that you're goin amd, can't get ddr2, you'll need ddr.

HD - get SATA not IDE

dvd-rom software - doesn't matter dude

video card - well.. 7600gt is good, but 7900gt will be a lot better.

and since you're goin amd you'll also have to change that mobo..

thats a nice comp trotter..

pros: vid card (pretty much same as 7900gt)
very nice HD setup
good powersupply
quality parts
already assembled!!

cons: single core cpu (and a low clocked venice at that!)
only 1 gb ram.. although the ram is good
crt monitor (the guy was lookin for lcd..)
no OS
no warranty since not getting from company..... although i don't see that as a problem...

seems like a decent deal

thats a good system.. but not worth $1500.. it doesn't even include a monitor..

seriously dude just put the comp together yourself. only reason your last one sucked was cuz of the parts you chose... (which doesn't seem that bad to me anyways...) as long as you know how to physically assmeble it.. which isn't hard.

ya it looks good. where are these parts from?

the gskill ram is good for overclocking. the X2 4200+ is a peculiar choice.. maybe try to up that to a 4400+ and downgrade the ram to pc3200 with tighter timings.. this way no need to overclock.

OR

downgrade the 4200+ to a 3800+, leave the ram, and be prepared to overclock!

even w/o making any changes the system looks really good. the Monitor i can't say much about since i haven't heard much about it.. from the specs it looks good tho.

price is a bit high, but if its assembled and includes a fat warranty then it might be worth it.

the x1900xt is a FINE card!!!
