Best Overclocking skt. 939 board for under $100?

What is the best skt. 939 overclocking board I can get for $100? I want to get my TCCD Ram to do 300MHz (DDR600). Don't want SLI, but want to upgrade to PCI Express. Considering the Venice 3000+ for overclocking on the board.
