Cool Best OCing Motherboard Under $150

Hey guys, I am interested in people's opinions here. Just what the title says. Please let me know. I am planning on OCing an E2180 to around 4GHz but I need to know what mother boards will allow that to happen. Thanks!

I think there is no deference in OC'ing just DS3R has more futures, like RAID
