CPU: e6600 (bought)
Case: Thermaltake Armor (bought)
Mouse : Razer Copperhead (bought)
Keyboard: Fatal1ty Black (bought)
PSU: Cooler master Real Power Pro 850W (bought)
Hard Drives: (2) Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320gb (bought)
OS: Vista Ultimate (already got it)

Go for the evga, and just overclock, it yourself for free. For motherboard, I suggest the Gigabyte 965P-DS3, along with G. SKill DDR2-800 HZs. They just dropped in price again!

The word should be "bought", not "buyed", by the way.

i agreee with b1gapl on this one. ds3 and sum decent gskill, great skill in the memory world!

oh yeah and i would go for the evga aswell
