Default best LCD widescreen for 300?

I want to upgrade form dual crt's to a widescreen lcd, and want the best one for under $300. Its meant for gaming, my fav games right now are hl2, oblivion, CS:S, and Halo. (irrelevant?).

I mainly want good colors, and dont want ghosting, and nothing lower than 19", but bigger would be preferred.

lazy post...from me that is

benq brand

at newegg there's also the cheaper and slightly smaller hanns-G but for your price and needs...this is perfect. There's also a sceptre brand for about the same with an additional rebate.
