Best intel motherboard for the following options - please help!

Recomment the BEST Intel motherboard(s) for the following options:


a) Motherboard with oboard video to run C2D E8400 for $60 or less



b) Motherboard without onboard video to run C2D E8400 for $50 or less


c) Best motherboard with intel gma 3000 series to run C2D under $100


d) Best motherboard with intel gma 4000 series to run C2D



kindly note that the process WILL run on stock speed only. Should the stock fan suffice?

for c this seems to be a rec. mobo with gma 3000 but it wont run the 45nm wolfdales if thats what you want in your system.
