Default Best Graphics Card Under $200?

Hey again guys lol still looking on some parts for a pretty good gaming PC.

I've picked out a motherboard - ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

and CPU - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K

Now I'm onto picking a GPU in my budget lol I was looking at the NVIDIA GTX460 since it's compatible with my motherboard, but I'm not entirely sure on how good it performs. Any opinions?

<$200 I'd go for either a 6870 or GTX560 (non Ti)
XFX HD 6870

Or, if you can swing the extra $20 up-front, this GTX 560Ti is $199.99 after rebate
Gigabyte GTX 560Ti
