Best Graphics Card Under $200?

Hey again guys lol still looking on some parts for a pretty good gaming PC.

I've picked out a motherboard

Now I'm onto picking a GPU in my budget lol I was looking at the NVIDIA GTX460 since it's compatible with my motherboard, but I'm not entirely sure on how good it performs. Any opinions?

<$200 I'd go for either a 6870 or GTX560 (non Ti)

Asus GTX560 DCII OC

Or, if you can swing the extra $20 up-front, this GTX 560Ti is $199.99 after rebate
