well, i use shift for crouch and space for jump *struts like im all that*

Lol, I use this for all games:

Mouse 1 - fire
Mouse 2 - jump
Mouse 3 - crouch
Mouse 4 - alternate fire
Mouse 5 - suit zoom/binocs/zoom whatever
Shift is sprint, if there is no sprint then I hold shift anyway and have it bound to nothing, lol.
wasd - yeah
