Where would you connect that video card to the motherboard? No they don't make them for PCI-X. And where is your power supply? You have a UPS, but no power supply. Thats mostly just the most expensive stuff from each catagory that wont work together.

No the video cards would not fit in a PCI-x slot. PCI Express and PCI-x are two different things.
