umm, im looking for the absolute best kit there is for a pc, money is no object as i am not actually making this. and im pretty sure those arent the best that money can buy...

edit: an example is the hdd ive given a link to. thats £1,400($2,800) just for the o.s hdd as its a ddr hdd.

In no order just as i remembered it, but i think thats everything and i must say it was fun, i think ive picked the best that Ebuyer has to offer, i havent added it up but it must be a few grands worth

You can get QX9650 instead of QX6850 for the same price

But I think 680I motherboards from nvidia don't support yorkfield. So you need to change it to intel motherboard such as X38 or wait for nforce 780

it depends on purpose the above computer would be the ultimate for gaming however one of these would take it to a completely different level if using CAD

It would be better to get a mobo that supports quad-fire, and get four 3870 X2's. That would be like octofire, which I'm sure would beat 2 8800 Ultras...
