Best components for Conroe?

I'm waiting to make my build for the conroe (sorry about another conroe q) and im trying to get everything minus the mobo, cpu, and gpu. anyone wanna suggest a good psu? memory? sound card (important component for me).

PSU, I would go with a 550W at the very least, I suggest Antec, awesome brand with dual 12v rails.

Memory, I do not overclock so I would just get the basic 1 GB sticks of whatever speed you want) 400,533, ect.

Sound card, eh I always use the one on the Mobo, so I am no help here.

for ur soundcard u want the creative fata1ity. insane sound. best one u can get with mount so that u control everything from a 5.25 drive bay

The X-Fi cards have a lot of compatibility issues. Lots of people have problems with crackling and stuff. check the reviews at newegg. I would go with an Audigy 2 ZS. it still has 24/96 sound quality, same as X-Fi.
