Don't combine the Rail amperages, because its not accurate as they lose efficiency when all are under full load

I highly agree with this post. If you look at the combined max amperage on the 12v listed at the bottom it is 42A.

At $60 free shipping and 42A on an Antec True power PSU is an AWESOME deal. I can't stress this enough lol.

42A is enough to handle a Q6600 overclocked and SLI 8800GT i would say as long as you are running one or two HDD and optical drives.
