what company makes the best laptops for the cheapest price? so far the best has been dell

usually companies that make the parts for dell (basically the computers completely) and other companies sell laptops themselves but don't have the same customer service and name as the others so most people don't know. if you do some digging you should be able to find some companies that do that.

they sell them for cheap by the way
