Default Best AGP Card for $150?

Ok I currently have a 9600xt in my old computer I am selling to a friend and am wondering, what card is better for $150? I would stick with the card I am giving him but hes not satisfied with graphics in games.

Can either one of those cards be unlocked? If so to what and how much better?

can you get a 6800gs for around that price? if its not that much more expensive i would save for one of these cards.

yea if ya know how to do it...

Id go with the Powercolor. (Sry I said ATI, it looked like one)

Powercolor: 475MHz/ 256mb
Nvidia: 325MHz/ 128mb

lol yea...

Pepsiboy700 there are alot of card that you cant find by ur self...use newegg seach and it will arange the cards by price ( or whatever u want), its not hard, and they have reviews...
