The Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, is currently the best CPU cooler out there. Most average, don't go for it, because of the price, as well as not including a fan....where as the Tuniq has one, and being cheaper. I'd get the Extreme, if I had the money though.

the tuniq tower is 120 too: tuniq tower 120. but yeah the tt120 is the bets out there but i dont think its worth the extra money coz u have to buy a fan(a good one) then u only get like 1-2c cooler.
