Isn't that an after market cooler on the 4850? I see that one recommended a lot
But the Sapphire cards are always great and the cooler looks the same

It's called like the Glacier cooler, I think. I heard it was like loud, but I think the Sapphire cooler isn't that load

Then stick with the Accelero S1...

But any cooler that works with the HD 3850 works with the HD 4850
