I don't think you even need to use the fan hack anymore.

I have a 4670, and when I updated my drivers a few days ago, my updated CCC had a manual fan speed control built right in, under the overdrive section. Works very nicely.

I don't know about that.. I don't own one.. but HD 4670 came after the HD 4850 (in tersm of release date)

The 8.10 drivers allow manual fan control on the 4850.

You dont need the fan hack anymore. And i would put it at 100%, but the noise is ridiculous
