Question Best 19" Monitor to Buy!

Pretty much need a monitor to do/have the following qualities:

Great Picture especially for DVDs
Awesome for Gaming
Has to be in black
Nothing too pricey

CRT or LCD doesn't matter. I was gonna go down the LCD route and get a viewsonic but it had problems playing DVDs.

Good CRTs are getting hard to find. I would go for a Viewsonic LCD with 8ms or lower refresh time and at least a 700:1 contrast ratio.

I'd have to agree, a Samsung 940b (or 930b if you buy retail) is a great lcd
