been out of the game for a while

Ive been outa the game for a while and i am wanting to build a high performance pc that is capable of running at least 4 monitors with one or two being able to play games at good res and fps since the system will be primary used for work strong multitasking power is a necessity not factoring in the cost of monitors i would like to keep the budget under 1500 dollars if that is at all possible

i was thinking something like one high end gpu and then a lower end gpu for the other monitors but idk if you can do that..... does any one know if you can do that?
