Which bay Should I Install HD in?

See my build below. I am putting the DVD in the top bay.

put it in whichever 3.5inch bay you want. the dvd is in the larger 5.25 bays

When I built with the 900 I put the hard drive in with the lower fan so it could get plenty of air and still provide some air for my GPU. but it's pretty much how you wanna do it, and how much wire management you want to do.

i put mine

1 at the top of the first drive cage, and the other in the middle of the 2nd.

I put my HDDs and the 2nd fan on the bottom bays to leave room for a 8800GTS when I save up the money and still have the double fan over HDDs. If you're not using a monster card, I'd recommend a the middle bay so that you get better airflow from the bottom of the case. In all honesty it doesn't really matter that much, go with what you think looks best.
