Default Which barebone kit do you think is best

I have arrowed it down to two barebone kits. I want to spend as little as possible.

Buy the Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Barebone Kit at TigerDirect.ca

Buy the Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard Barebone Kit at TigerDirect.ca

if you find another barebone kit on tigerdirect you think is better please let me know.
