Ignore my last thread. I have decided on everything about my new gaming/work except one aspect of it- do I buy a big computer or a small one bearing in mind that the small case will probably be of better build quality?

My finalised specs go as follows:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 £84.99
GPU: Asus Radeon 7790 1GB £89.98
RAM: Kinsington HyperX 4GB 1600MHZ DDR3 £30.10
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb £39.39
PSU: Corsair CX430 £33.02
Monitor: Acer G196HQLB 18.5" 1366x768 £70.46
Peripherals: Logitech G400s, QCK+ and Dell KB552 £48.48

Motherboard and case:
Fractal design core 1000 and Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 for £66.54 and a total
build cost of £464.45
OR
Sharkoon VS-3S £25.99 and MSI 760GA-PF3 for £42.03 for a total build cost of £465.94

So do I go for the ATX option or the mATX option? Also are all my components compatible? I think they are I just want someone to check and if you want to recommend any other components please bear in mind that strictly speaking my budget is £450 which, as you can see, I have already gone over. Thank you in advance.

Go with a normal mid atx computer case.
Most mid atx towers can hold normal atx and microatx motherboards.
Along with your vga card and whatever else you may install.
Airflow and sturdyness is what you want in a computer atx case.

10.00 less than the fractal design case you were looking at.
0.5mm or higher on metal cases is a plus but cost abit more on some computer cases.

Thank you for the suggestion. Whilst that does look like a good case and price point what you have to remember is that I live in the UK (I can't find that case on sale over here). Nearly all of the sub £20 price range cases are from unbranded suppliers and are actually a false economy as they don't come with fans and therefore (after buying your own fans) actually end up costing the same as the £25 branded cases, not to mention the quality of them. That is why I was thinking getting the Sharkoon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE), however I found an Antec case at a similar pricepoint: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Antec-VSK-4...UTF8&qid=1386089612&sr=1-45&keywords=atx+case

I could always take a slight risk and trust the unbranded cases but in all honestly cheap case + fan is only about £2 cheaper so I don't really see the point.
