Tech wise which one is the better MOBO?

P5K Deluxe. Don't pay that much for a striker. Even the P5K is on the pricier side. Though, I'm getting mine today and don't speak from direct experience... yet.

p5k... and every1 else will agree...680i is used in the striker extreme, which is overpriced, and extremely crappy :0
