Asus P5N32 Sli Board Issues... Chipset?

Hey guys I'm having a problem with this board and I wanted a few ideas/answers that could help me resolve the issue possibly.

My Setup:
P5N32 SLI SE DELUXE motherboard
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB DDR2 800
Core 2 Duo E6600
MSI 6600GT (x2 in sli)
OCZ 520w Modular psu

Situation: At first I had a hardlock with 0x0000009C as the error and then decided to run memtest for about 4 hours on each gig of memory. It came back 1 error on 1 stick and 0 errors on the 2nd stick so I assumed that the memory was the issue and got ready to get an rma for it.

Then I got to thinking about testing other things because the problem still persisted when I went fullscreen in WOW so I thought display drivers or the card itself. Removed my 2nd video card rebooted and works like a dream now.

Question: The system when it boots it shows me
16x1x1x1x1 as the PCI-E setup. Why does it show me this configuration and is it something that could be resolved?

I don't believe my ram is bad because after removing the video card and RE-memtesting it came back no errors after a day of testing on both memory modules.

Then I downloaded the driver to the board here
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4_win2k_6.86.html
but the problem still persists.

PLEASE HELLLLLLLLLP!

-Thanks,
John
