asus p5n-d bios update help?

can anyoe help me update my bios? i have no clue how to do it. can sum 1 plz walk me through it? i beleive updatign my bios will solve the false e8400 temp problem. thanks!

specs:
ASUS P5N-D
evga 8800gt SC 512mb
intel core 2 duo e8400 3ghz
2x 1gb Crucial Ballistix

Plop in your driver cd you can update your bios thru it

get the latest bios from here. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-
the most current is 1001

Save the bios file to a floppy disk or usb

Restart and go into bios.
go to the tools menu
select ez flash2 and press enter.

browse to the location of the file you can switch drives by pressing tab.
when you find it press enter.

When finished the system will reboot.
