Asus p5k premium vs. p5k deluxe?

New GPU came in and I can't sleep lol so I've been oogling the rest of the parts I have on hold and I've been wondering what the difference is between the p5k deluxe and premium? The pricetag is only 10$ difference so it doesn't matter what-so-ever. I was just wondering why the premium is 'worth' 10$ more over the deluxe. They look pretty near identical. Appreciate any input ^^ I was going to order the premium btw but if there's any reason I shouldn't let me know please ^^.

From what I see, the premium has 2 more onboard USB ports, compared to the deluxe. I don't think you should be spending more, than what the P5K Deluxe already is. It's a great motherboard.

ya.. you can always get those PCI USB Add-on cards... or use a USB hub

ah ic. cool thanks XD i was just worried if there would be a drop in OC-ablity or anything. I'd like to push the system to its limits when i finish the build. Seen a nice USB hub on thinkgeek.com lol. Thanks for the help then ^^
