Default ASUS Geforce 7900GTX

another questions, (no such thing as stupid question, just stupid answers!)

I have a 19" AOC monitor, from back in the good ol times, does this card support it?
I am looking at pictures on newegg and it doesn't look like it has something i can plug it into, soo.. if thats the case do I Have to buy a new monitor as well? and also if yes, which one do you guys recommand (budge around 500$ max)[canadian dolloars, so in US$ around $2.19],

I assume it's a CRT...

There are adapters that allow you to plug them into the video card. The video card might come with one, check the accessories. If not, buy one, they're cheap. I believe they're called DVI to VGA.

I am running dual CRT's off of my 6600. There are two connectors on my 6600, a DVI and a VGA. I have an adapter so I can run two VGA, and it came with my card.
